We have developed a mechanism in which we upload the files on UCM server, for that we created two integrations, one for uploading and second for downloading.

After some time when user finishes his work, calls the pcs process to get the approval from the management. At that point, by default we haven't any standard way to attach that files (which are on UCM server), so after we call the process using vbcs action chain, it returns the process Instance Id.
