How to configure a Punchout Catalog linked to a BPA and mapped at item level?

Summary:

I created a Punchout Catalog in a Test Instance for DELL and the connection works fine. The requisition created in Oracle Fusion must have the item number (not a generic category) because the requisition should be linked to a BPA. Each item will have an amount limit.

How can I do a quick setup in order to have a requisition with the item number?
