AZA: Applicant processed in Manage job offers but doesnt appear in Person Management Screen

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are having issue with job offers, we have an internal employee who applied for a requisition and processed (been moved to HR and fully processed) . The new job offer should be added as a new assignment for this employee but doesn't appear in the person management screen. Also checked the transaction console for any pending approvals but didn't find anything. We tried to replicate the same in DEV but didn't had any issue, having issue only in PROD. Any pointers/hints are much appreciated.
