Hi experts,

We are trying to configure an advanced checklist task with a questionnaire, native signature, and report.

The requirement is to derive the question response into a report (consent, not consent) as well as an employee signature.

But we are experiencing challenges to get a response in the report output. The report doesn't pick a questionnaire response at the moment when the task is not marked as done. A document record attached has also a blank response.

The report works fine if it is submitted directly in the OTBI area passing all parameters after a journey task is done.
