E-Signature task asking pending worker to login to BI

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have configured Esign task for Pending Worker.Recently, When pending worker click on the document,it is asking to login to BI.Did anyone face such issue.When they login with username and password, its giving error.I have attached screenshot for the same.Do we need to add any privileges? Also, we have enable Location Based access and made the pending worker role public.
