Setup Succession Management for inactive candidate filtering

Coordinate assignment status to candidate succession status in Succession Plan Candidates section in Succession Management module.

Hi All,
When a candidate on a succession plan is moved to an inactive assignment status - a small notification in Succession Management appears next to their name, indicating they are "Inactive Assignment". However - when using the filtering options - "Status - Inactive" has no effect on the candidates listed.
This is because their inactive assignment in the system does not actually generate an inactive status on the succession plan. We have declined to use the HDL option because we want our succession managers to have a more interactive experience in the system.
