Unable to perform admin tasks with and admin account on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

I am a bit new to Dev Ops (so please pardon any incorrect terminology) but wanted a small server for my personal portfolio apps so hosted an Always Free Linux machine on Oracle Cloud owing to it being free in nature. I had the server up and running fine for the time my account was in the Free Trail phase. After my free trial expired, the only account on my tenancy, which was the admin account is now having issues with performing admin functions such as viewing and creating new instances and upgrading the accounts and more.
