Summary:

We recently went live with OCR and are using HireRight for Background Checks. The implementation guide from HireRight shows specific fields as being values sent from OCR as FlexFields in HireRight. Do we have the opportunity to modify any of the values being sent as FlexFields to HireRight or add any additional?

Below are the fields that HireRight has documented as being sent from OCR and put in FlexFields on the HireRight side. We are looking to find out if we can also send things like location code (from the selected work location) and business unit, both of which are in the Offer Info section of the requisition. Or pulling them from the offer of the person that is being sent through the background check process.
