Payroll query that fetches results only if Archive and Generate Payslips is run post Payroll run

We have a requirement to fetch the run result values only if the Archive Periodic Pay results and Generate Payslips processes have been run for the person post payroll run. If anyone has a sample query with a similar requirement, could you please share.
Any inputs on how to link these processes - traversal from Quickpay to Generate Payslips would also be appreciated.
