Implications of inactive questionnaires in system?
Summary:
Pros/cons of deleting inactive questionnaire templates from Setup and Maintenance
Content (required):
Hi All,
We are looking to cleanup inactive system data. When in Setup and Maintenance -> Questionnaires, we have four additional templates we no longer use. What is the benefit/detriment of deleting these inactive questionnaires from our Setup and Maintenance?
1) Will we still be able to report on/pull data from completed questionnaires previously conducted? Or will deleting the inactive questionnaires purge all associated data tied to them?
2) Will inactive questionnaire templates negatively impact the performance of the system? (i.e. system slowness, system crashing, messy OTBI data)
