How to post additional details fro promotions from transfer batch process

Need to post Assignment Name along with Job title through batch process

Hi All,

Greetings!!

We have created a compensation plan enabled with promotion tab where manager can change the new job title , new grade as well as enable custom list columns to update the Assignment Name and Title change reason corresponding to the new job title.

 

Now when we are trying to post back the only option which is visible is "New Job title" to post  back to core HR.

Is there any way we can post additional details enabled at the promotion tab to post along with New job title like -
