Job offer letter template - Collaborator token not populated

In my offer letter template, I'm using the token "COLLABORATOR_FULL_NAME" to populate the collaborator in the Offer Team, but when previewing the offer, the name isn't populated.

Hello,

In my offer letter template, I'm using the token "COLLABORATOR_FULL_NAME" to populate the collaborator in the Offer Team, but when previewing the offer, the name isn't populated.

All the other tokens in the letter work fine.

Do you guys have any idea why ?

Also : when multiple collaborators are added to the Offer Team (whether of the same type or not), I suppose this token can not work correctly ? Do we have to stick with only one collaborator for the token to work ?
