Hello, I am not technical enough to understand whether the following is possible by configuring the digital assistant specifically for recruitment:

  1. Candidate screening: can the digital assistant conduct initial screenings of candidates by asking them the requisition-specific disqualification or pre-screening questions?
  2. Scheduling interviews: can the digital assistant assist with scheduling interviews by suggesting available timeslots and sending calendar invites to candidates?
  3. Candidate engagement: can the digital assistant provide candidates with updates on the status of their application?
  4. Can the digital assistant recognise the candidate INCLUDING all the historic conversations they may have had. For example, if the candidate was searching for jobs in London, would the DA remember that and say something like, last time you were here, you were looking for jobs in London, would you like me to see what new jobs in London have been posted?
