Compensation Details (Top of Stack) when End Dated

Summary: Hi - We are looking to create a report where we are able to audit active employees where their salary was incorrectly end dated. The problem is that when the salary is end dated, it is no longer reported in the Real Time Subject area and you have to move to the Compensation Salary History Details subject area.

I built a report that ranks employees by their end date and filtered to look for the top of stack by person number but then when you look for where the end date is not equal to 12/31/4712 it pulls the previous compensation details that is not top of stack rendering the results hard to go through because you don't know if its the true top of stack for that person or the previous record.
