Show/Hide Candidate Application Fields - Screening & Details sections

We would like to hide the following sections:

1. Navigation: Go to Candidate Application > click "Screening" > Hide the "Assessments" and "Tax Credits" sections

2. Navigation: Go to Candidate Application > click "Details" > Hide "Source Info" Section

Please let us know how we may hide these. I was not able to easily find them in HCM Design Studio.
