Using Transaction Account Builder, you can define a mapping set that takes Project Organization ID as input source, and assign the value set PJC_ORGANIZATIONS_VS to it. When you do so, the input values LOV in the Mappings Section will allow you to select the Project Organization Name, while the Project Organization ID will be internally stored and used for account derivation. The screenshots below illustrate the setup.
