What are the reasons that the changes in descriptive flexfields don't show in the home page?

Hello, I created a new context descriptive flexfield for AP, in the invoice header.

I created all the values and attached a value set. In addition, the deployment was successful. But the changes for the descriptive flexfields don't appear .

Please advise
