Offer Letter Conditional Region for Logo

We are trying to display logo based on Legal Employer. So in the RTF, we have added a condition that if Legal Employer is X then Show Logo1 and If Legal Employer is Y show Logo2. When we select Legal Employer X the Logo1 is visible in our offer letter(While Previewing) but when we select Legal Employer Y both the logos are visible. I am attaching the condition here for reference. Let me know if anyone has worked on this.
