IJP-Current Jobs-Custom Message in Supporting Documents Section

I need to add some custom message in the below path-

Me>Current Jobs>Click on lens icon to see the jobs>Click any job to apply>Click Apply>In "Supporting Documents" section---need to add some custom message.

How can it be achieved using Page Composer?
