Collaborator cannot see requisitions they collaborate on

Summary:

I am receiving notifications to extend offers for candidates but once I navigated to the Hiring> requisition page I cannot see the relevant requisitions.

Content (required):

I can see my name under the collaborator list once I click on the job name link on the notification.
