Reporting on Tranisitions status when there is no job submission

Trying to locate transiitons status data on a group of people that were not put into Transiitons through a job submission

Hello,

We are onboarding a special group of people.  What makes this group special is they were not hired on a requisition.  Instead we setup candidate profiles for them via TCC and then sent them to a Transitions onboarding process. (Again via TCC)

Now, we are interested in seeing how the group is progressing in Transitions.  We can see them if we actually go into Transitions and look one of them up, However, if I try to monitor their transitions status via OBI, they do not appear.
