some reason not able to access through ipv6 only access through ipv4 in WAF CNAME

I configure Web application firewall i am using edge policy in WAF

I enable ipv4 and ipv6 dual stack in network load balancer but some reason not able to access through ipv6 only access through ipv4 in WAF CNAME

How to solve this problem ?
