Contextual Journey is not triggering with Resignation Action

Hello Team,

While selecting “Resignation” in Action Name, the contextual journey is not triggering.

We have tried to select other Action name like Add Absence, Goals, Performance etc. it’s working for other Actions and we can able to complete tasks. Please help us in case we are missing something.
