Close or fill old job requisitions

Summary:

Hi

We have several old job requisitions that are open because the recruiter was not able to move the candidate to HR, due to various errors.

The candidate was instead added directly to the system from Core HR. We cannot move the candidate to HR now, but it is not correct either to reject the candidate since the candidate was hired.

What is the best way to close or fill the job requisition for such cases?
