OTBI Analysis to identify employees with missing payment method - any help appreciated

Summary:

We are looking to create an OTBI (not BIP) analysis which returns employees who don't have a payment method

Content (required):

Our current queries are bringing back results with employees who already have payment methods, has anyone else achieved this before? Naturally it's help to see which colleagues will not get paid as without this even if they have a bank account the won't get paid correctly
