How to create PO for software licences

Hello Everyone,

We have the below requirement

Order a software licence for 12 month contract will be for at the beginning(Eg Microsoft office 365)

we need to create a PO at the beginning one time Eg quantity*Unit Price*Month

So every month we will receive the invoice against the PO

How to achieve this?
