Workforce Compensation Hierarchy Breaks (when Managers Leave/Join)
Summary:
Our plans are set up using primary hierarchy. When we want to view all employees within the plan we go in via Act as Proxy as select the Chairman, who is the person at the top of the hierarchy.
Content (required):
We have noticed that if you set up a plan and then refresh the plan a week or two later, due to changes in managers the hierarchy can break. This occurs when:
- A new manager who joins after the date the plan is created has not been enrolled in the plan
- A manager is keyed as a future leaver and the leave date is before the HR extraction date
