instance unavailable after dmca allegation sent to oracle

there has been a dmca email sent to oracle, which we havent seen that alledges that content we made infringes on the senders copyrights.
Content (required):
we would like to resolve this by simply removing that content from our server and emailing the sender to clear things up with them, however the instance is entirely untouchable and we cannot remove the content or find a way to contact the sender, can you reenable the instance to make it possible for us to export our data and remove the folder that was complained about.
