Capturing FLSA Exemption on Job

edited Mar 10, 2023 7:44PM in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI) 1 comment

Summary:

Looking for a way to capture the reason for FLSA exemption that is stored on the job.

Content (required):

On the Job Details page there is a section for Legislative Info that is standard to capture the Overtime Status and EEO-1 Category fields. Since the Overtime Status is the FLSA value, we are looking to be able to capture the exemption reason for the overtime status field with values such as Administrative, Learned Professional, Creative Professional, Computer Employee, Outside Sales, Highly Compensated. This does not appear to be a field available, and there is no DFF available in this area.

Howdy, Stranger!
