Change Absence Plan Display Name for Employee Display

We wanted to change the name of the plan for employee(ESS) and manager(MSS) display only.

Example: Plan Name: Paid Time Off Hourly

Wanted to display the plan name as Paid Time off for Manager and Employee display.

Initial conclusion; Using delivered configuration this not possible (might be wrong).

other than page customizations what are the options we have to achieve this.
