How to run seeded Dashboard from the Procurement springboard icon

Hello

There is one PO Dashboard and the users wants to run from the Procurement icon instead from OTBI Report and Analytics.

Right now the user can run the report from

Procurement>Reports and Analytics>Share Reports and Analytics

However I was wondering if I can setup one icon under Procurement
