For contingent worker, salary and offer letter template should not be required

Summary:

We have requirement for contingent work, we are not processing salary and offer letter.Is it possible to bypass both the point. Their payroll is done by agency and their offer letter generation is also done by agent.

We do not want to use bypass offer with new csp as it increases manual intervention at requistion level to override the defaulted csp from position template.Even same position can be used for employee and contingent worker so can not make requisition default to bypass or regular one. There should be options at design studio level.

There is options at design studio level which is incomplete but it does not work, if we make it not required and invisible, it gives error while same feature work at Action :"Add contingent worker" in COre HR, it does not give error for salary and able to create contingent worker. Even there is options of Recruiting Type in design studio at action "create and edit offer"
