Stacked Requisitions and reporting # Avg Time to Fill (Days)
Summary:
I am stuck. I want the # Avg Time to Fill (Days) delivered formula (in the Requisition Aging KPIs analysis, which is part of the Recruit the Hire dashboard) to ignore the 'requisition filled' status as we stack our requisitions and are filling jobs/positions, but not closing/filling the requisition. The recruiting manager stated that stacking reqs is common practice, so I can't be the only one/first looking for something like this. I want to reflect on the dashboard any reqs that were opened in a given month, quarter, or year, where there was a job offer created, regardless of the
