Are these features in roadmap of Learning module or can be implemented in current version of LMS

Summary:

We have multiple customers planning to implement LMS but are unable to proceed due to constraints in product. Any guidance or roadmap visibility will help us move forward.

Content (required):

1. External Learners portal does not exist. For certain courses there is a need to allow external learner to avail the offering given by a company. The new learner can provide their credentials details and then review the course catalog and make necessary payment if it's not free.
2. Allow candidates during recruitment cycle to undergo training and exams and before moving to HR step. E.g. Some of the Industries require their university candidates appear for a training and exam and only after clearing the same their hiring continues. These trainings are industry specific and specialized like health care and can last up to 2 to 3 months as well.
