FBDI GL Journal. Under what circumstances is journal not created?

Summary: After running ‘Load Interface File for Import’ the FBDI data gets loaded to GL_INTERFACE table. Then ‘Import Journals’ runs and if it’s not a complete disaster ‘Import Journals: Child’. If there are any warnings / errors in the text report that ‘Import Journals: Child’ generates will it create the journal in a suspended / error state anyway? Or will it have to be free of errors/warnings before journal is created?

Seems to only create journal when free of all errors / warnings. Just looking for clarification of the process.
