Hi All,

We are looking to create an analysis that could be used to monitor Prepare Review Content process during our Talent Review season. For this example - we have been using a Gauge and a Pivot Table. Below are some formulas we currently have built out for our counts but they definitely still need development on our end. If anyone has any suggestions to adjust them - please let us know!
