Disable Thank You option for HR against Feedback received

Summary:

Hi,

I want to disable Thank You Option against Feedback received for HRs. I have disabled it for Worker as well as for Managers from Alert Composer but for HR it is still visible. As checked in Alert Composer, same option is available for Managers/HR and I have disabled that option.
