Generate additional Supply for back to back flow when the original supply Qty is reduced

The Back to back item with make scenario. The back to back WO is created but when the Qty on the B2B is reduced then system generates the new supply line however with supply type unassigned however busiess wants the new supply line to be automatically create new work order.

Can this be achieved?
