Configuring Review Period for Check-In Template

Hi All,

Initial Issue: We had an issue where we configured our current year Review Period in Goal Management/Succession Management/Performance modules. When going to create a Check-In Document however, our Review Period auto-defaulted to last year's Review Period and there was no other option to select from the LoV dropdown.

Solution: We navigated to My Client Groups --> Check-In Templates --> selected our Check-In template. It looks like we had "Specific Review Periods" selected and we had not switched over LoV to current year Review Period. Best practice would be for HR Specialist to ensure this is prepared ahead of Check-In Discussions (may be great practice to switch this over when activating any Goal Plans in Goal Management!)
