"Too new to rate" rating not displaying on performance document PDF

We have some employees that were rated "Too new to rate" and when we select print to open the performance document in PDF, the sections that have the "Too new to rate" rating did not display on the PDF. How do we configure this rating to appear on the performance document PDF?
