Is it possible to update the Default UOM of a Product using Item Service V2 web service?

Update the default UOM/ default UOM Code of a product

Content (required):

In our Dev environment, around 200 products have incorrect UOMs. Is there a way to update them, perhaps through the use of the Item Service V2 web service? I have experience using the Item Service V2 web service to update the Item Number, but I am unsure if it can also be used to update the UOM
