Bulk Import Supplier Sites ESS Job SOAP XML Payload

Summary:

Our team is looking to automate a process to bulk change suppliers email addresses as part of our non-production refresh process. I'm testing this functionality through the SOAP API for https://fa-enqu-dev6-saasfaprod1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/fscmService/ErpIntegrationService?WSDL endpoint. Here is the sample XML I am playing around with and the error message. Any thoughts on how I can tweak this to successfully start the ImportSupplierSites ESS job through code?
