'Request for more information' behavior from within a group of users

Hello,

We are facing a behavior on the 'request for more information' functionality.

Just wondering if someone else is seeing the same and how to solve this.

Business scenario:

1. Requisition is submitted to approval
2. A group of users (user A and B) is notified. ( approval is Setup as 'First approver wins', for this group)
3. User A reads the approval notification and sends a 'Request for more information' to the preparer
4. User B connects to Fusion and still sees the notification for approval. Please see below what can happen:
   1. User B still sees the notification for approval
   2. User B is unable to see that a request for information was sent to the preparer by user
