I need help with the following scenario:

I have 3 plans within the same unrestricted program.

The program has an open date and I set up an open unrestricted event for the date.

When the unrestricted event is open, the employee can change between any of the plans.

Outside the open calendar, he can only change options within the same plan. For that, I configured the Change Option not Plan option in the Enrollment Change field, in the Unrestricted event.

When the employee is already Enrolled in the plan and enters the change page, it does not allow changing the plan, only the option, which is correct. However, in the case of a first access, a collaborator making the choice for the first time, he does not bring any plan to choose.
