Travel time seems capped at 30mins

Summary:

Travel time seems capped at 30mins, not the real travel time


Content (required):

The travel time between the Activation of the Route and the start of the first Work Order is 135 mins in our example but the work order History is only showing 30 mins is captured.

Can anyone suggest what caused this and how to fix so the Travel time is reflecting the real time ?
