Calling OIC-REST from VB. Problem with swagger.

Hello, please if anyone has seen this error...

I have done this before without error, I cannot see what I am doing wrong.

Unable to read swagger...

I am trying to call a REST from OIC, I am able to call one to download files from FTP, but the equivalent is now working from VB.

Both work from OIC test console.
