Extend should happen automatically when offer is approved

Hi,

As per client requirement they want offer letter should be extended automatically when offer is approved.

so as part of this change Bypass Extending Offer we kept as NO in Candidate selection process configuration.

Now Extend offer action is available.

Once i select this action so will it fulfil client requirement please suggest.

Also Number of Hours Before Extending the Offer Automatically field is present please suggest the use of this field what should we keep the value here.
