Business process for recruitment when Position management (1 position -1 incumbent) is used

Hi Team,
I would like to get some views on how you are handling recruitment when Position management (1 position -1 incumbent) is used by the client core HR system:
- Do we have the capability to create a requisition automatically when a new position gets created? (Without custom HDL process)
- Do we have the ability to create a requisition automatically when a resignation is accepted, and position is going to be vacant in future? (Without custom HDL process)
- In the past I wasn't able to create an offer if the incumber was already full, in the above case# 2 - if we want to offer a candidate before employee's LWD - will the system allow us to create an offer?
