Message Template for "on create" is being sent when a message is updated
Summary:
I have two separate message workflows, Create and Update, and the creation template is being sent when an SR is created AND when it is updated. System is not sending the update template. I have verified that I do not have the same email template setup on both the create and update workflows.

Groovy script being used to identify only customer created messages so the email notification doesn't trigger on all updates. I have this script on both the create and update scripts
