Can you have multiple returns in Batch Loader Fast Formula?

Summary:

We are using a payroll flow called process called "Load Data from PBL file". The Payroll Flow came about when Payroll Batch Loader(PBL) reached end of life. The flow takes a flat file(.txt) creates an HDL file, uploads the HDL file and then produces and HDL import/load report.

We have only ever needed to have one data line in the .txt become one element entry in HDL. The Load Data from PBL file is time-consuming and can take 1-2 hours and Payroll isn't happy about having to wait that long to load in earnings and deductions from external systems. Now, we are wanting to potentially have one data line from the .txt file to become two Element Entries in HDL. The reason is that if that is not possible the Load Data from PBL file will have to be executed twice. The first time
